Workforce & Skills Training
At Operation Lifeline Inc., we deliver comprehensive workforce and skills training programs that create clear, scalable pathways into high-demand careers for transitioning service members, veterans, and underserved individuals.
Our model integrates hands-on training, industry-recognized credentials, and direct employer connections to ensure participants are not just trained, but fully prepared for long-term employment.

Through a continuum of programs that includes pre-apprenticeship training, DoD SkillBridge internships, and Registered Apprenticeship opportunities, participants gain real-world experience in the skilled trades while developing the technical and professional skills needed to succeed.
SkillBridge Internships
Our SkillBridge Internship allows service members to spend their final months of military service building critical skills and earning certifications that prepare them for life after the military. With support from CareerSource for job placement and NEFBA — one of the largest builders association in the U.S. — providing access to a vast network of employers, participants receive the resources they need to successfully transition into civilian employment.
