Military service is an unparalleled, life-changing experience. While most veterans thrive following service, some grapple to find their path. Not all military career fields translate directly to civilian professions. Alternately, many leaving the service are seeking a change from the work they had been performing in their military specialty.
We provide two distinctive internship pathways for separating military members. Firstly, Operation Lifeline Inc. offers internships within our organization, aligning directly with our mission to assist our constituents. The second type of internship we offer is a collaboration with our remarkable corporate partners.
Operation Lifeline Internships
Construction & Carpentry
Interns will bring their valuable skills and discipline acquired during their service to our program, enhancing their carpentry and construction management abilities as they work on residential repair projects that directly support veterans in need, fostering teamwork, attention to detail, and leadership skills within a civilian construction context.
Our nonprofit management internship will immerse service members in hands-on experiences that align with their passion for making a positive impact. Their roles will require meticulous attention to detail, strong collaboration, unwavering reliability, ethical integrity, self-discipline, and the ability to lead initiatives that drive meaningful change in our communities.
Operation Lifeline's internships not only build upon the skills and discipline gained during military service but also offer a unique opportunity for participants to embark on a new career path while supporting their fellow veterans.

The EW Armstrong Industries, Inc. is offering an internship that provides the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic field of health insurance. The program includes comprehensive training, study materials, and hands-on experience to help you guide individuals in making informed health insurance benefit decisions and launch a rewarding career.
